Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone 289-839-0258 or email: ita2you@gmail.com.
A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total cost when paying on your procedure day. Deposits can be sent by email transfer to Marcie at: ita2you@gmail.com.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows will be charged in full.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. All prices are subject to HST, which applies regardless of payment method including CASH. Prices may change without notice.
Colour Clinic offers an 8-Week Perfecting Touch-Up at a special rate, available only to clients who have received their original procedure with us.
This appointment is intended for adding further detail or refinements after the initial healing.
To qualify for special pricing, the touch-up must be booked within 6-10 weeks of the original service. After that window, standard pricing applies.
Permanent makeup typically lasts 2–3 years, after which a full re-do is recommended and charged as a new procedure.
Individual results may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, health, and adherence to aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results. Colour retention and fading will differ from person to person.
Following aftercare instructions is essential for proper healing and best results. Colour Clinic is not responsible for any outcome resulting from improper or neglected aftercare.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to their appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the procedure may not be safe for the client.
We maintain a respectful and safe environment. Colour Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies.
Due to the time and custom nature of each procedure, all services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to speak with us to find an appropriate solution.
With your consent, we may use before-and-after photos of your procedure for educational or marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by letting us know when filling out your forms in our office prior to your procedure.
