For Powder Brow tattoos, the initial section can be done with or without the ombre effect. Prior to starting the procedure, we will have a thorough consultation to understand your expectations and the outcome you envision. This discussion will enable us to create a customized eyebrow design that suits you perfectly. We'll present the proposed design to you for approval, ensuring that the end result appears natural and impeccable.
Throughout the procedure, we employ the most up-to-date techniques, products, and pigments to prioritize your comfort and safety. Your Eyebrow Pre and After-Care
To prepare for your Powdered Eyebrow or Eyebrow Microblading service, please follow these instructions. The procedure lasts 2.5-3 hours. Bring water and 2 Tylenol Extra Strength tablets (take them after arriving) for pain management. Topical anesthetics will be used for comfort. Stay well-hydrated by drinking water before the appointment for better anesthetic absorption. Avoid alcohol, green tea, Ibuprofen, fish oils, and aspirin for 48 hours prior to minimize bleeding and colour retention issues. Exfoliate and moisturize brows and forehead 2-3 days ahead using a homemade mix of sugar, honey, and lemon juice. Stop using eyebrow growth serums 3 weeks in advance. Follow these steps for optimal results.
For the first 7 days after your eyebrow procedure, avoid saturating or submerging your brows in water. During showering or face washing, apply a thick layer of Vaseline to protect the new brows; the Vaseline will repel water. Use a baby wipe or facial wipe to gently remove the Vaseline, ensuring firm but gentle wiping. Allow the brows to air dry for 3-5 minutes, then apply the provided healing ointment. Avoid trapping moisture under the ointment. After 7 days, there is no need to apply Vaseline before showering or washing your face.
To maintain cleanliness and prevent infection, it is vital to keep your brows clean. Remove the previous healing ointment with a baby wipe or facial wipe, allow them to air dry for 3-5 minutes, and then reapply the healing ointment. Avoid touching your brows with unwashed hands, as it can lead to a secondary infection. If an infection occurs, using a topical antibiotic may remove the colour from your new brows. Only use a topical antibiotic if you are certain of infection (99% sure), and contact your doctor for further guidance.
To properly care for your eyebrows after the procedure, follow these instructions: Apply a special healing ointment three times a day using Q-tips, avoiding direct finger contact. Apply in the morning, noon, and night for at least three weeks. If you have dry skin, consider two additional applications in between. For those with oily skin, no specific healing ointment is recommended. When applying the ointment, use the smallest amount possible. Take two tiny amounts, no larger than a grain of rice, on your clean hand. With a fresh Q-tip, gently massage one portion into each brow, avoiding double-dipping. Use a new Q-tip for the second brow.
Gently massage the healing ointment into your new brows in circular motions, starting from the head to the tail, and then in reverse from the tail to the head. Ensure the ointment is not dripping; if it is, blot with tissue as it means you've applied too much. Avoid excessive ointment, as it hinders healing. Remember, less is more for optimal healing and colour retention. Be firm yet gentle when massaging, avoiding excessive pressure that may damage the skin. Apply the ointment using circular or back-and-forth motions.
During the first week after your eyebrow procedure, expect the brows to appear dark and potentially even darker on the second day due to oxidization and pigment sitting on the healing skin. Applying healing ointment may cause some residual pigment to come off onto the Q-tip. The brows may feel tender, itchy, and dry as they heal, but avoid picking or peeling. Scabbing or flaking is normal and may contain pigment. In the second week, the brows may appear too light or have odd colours due to new skin cells. By week four, the colour will bloom and can be evaluated. Touch-ups usually occur between weeks 5-8 to perfect the work, depending on various factors. The touch-up session can make enhancements and adjustments to the tone, shape, and thickness of the brows.
While the icing is not obligatory for Powdered Brows or Eyebrow Microblading, it is strongly advised for tattooed eyeliner and lip tattooing to reduce swelling. To create your own gel pack, fill a ziplock bag with ice cubes and add water to fill the remaining space. Apply the pack to brows, eyeliner, or lips for 5 minutes, followed by 10-15 minutes off. Repeat as needed. Remember to place the ice pack in a fresh bag before returning it to the freezer and always put it on a clean paper towel when storing it in the freezer.
The Touch Up/Follow-Up/Perfection Visit Fee for permanent makeup procedures is $99, plus HST, scheduled between 5-8 weeks after the initial session. If an additional touch-up is desired, it must be done within 8 weeks of the last touch-up and carries the same fee. Healing during the touch-up session is typically less stressful since you are already familiar with the process.
Before & After Photos

Please note that freshly tattooed brows may appear darker in our photos compared to healed eyebrow photos. The colour intensity will gradually lighten over the course of two days.
During the initial stages, you may notice purple dots around the tattooed brows. These dots result from the use of a surgical marker for outlining and will fade away by the following day.
If you observe a whitish halo of colour around the freshly tattooed eyebrows, this is known as blanching, which occurs when the skin is still numb from the anesthesia. It typically disappears within 20 minutes.
After your treatment, it is crucial to diligently follow the aftercare instructions provided by your technician. Adhering to these guidelines will ensure that you achieve beautiful, natural-looking brows.
